These workshops offer students an immersive, skill-building experience to support their personal, academic, and vocational growth. Each package is designed to equip students with targeted skills for success, whether they’re exploring career pathways, preparing for college admissions, or enhancing academic habits. Each workshop provides a structured, practical approach, giving students the tools needed to excel in their current and future academic journeys.Â
1. Emotional Awareness & Regulation
In this program, you will explore various approaches to connect with and work through the mind and body to cultivate emotional awareness and regulation. All emotions are adaptive and we will explore how even the most uncomfortable ones can constantly teach us. After an initial assessment session to identify challenges and recognize installed patterns, you will embark on a transformative month-long journey to deepen your relationship with yourself and open space for new possibilities. Each session will focus on a specific area: one will introduce breathing techniques, another will explore body-based practices, and another will delve into mental techniques. The last session will focus on creating your personalized action plan. Between sessions, you’ll receive additional materials to support your practice, with each element tailored to your unique goals—whether that’s enhancing self-expression, improving self-regulation, or shifting self-perception. This holistic approach is designed to empower you with the tools you need to foster lasting change and well-being. (5 sessions I 55 minutes each)
Session Layout:
1. Assessment - Introduction to emotional regulation. Identify work areas and develop treatment plan: goals & objectives.
2. Breathing techniques - Learn and practice basic breathing techniques to open space for different emotions to coexist, while still learning focus and regulation.
3. Somatics - Listen to the body. Learn to identify stress patterns in the body to move energy efficiently. Connect with your emotions (happiness, sadness, fear, anger, anxiety) in a healthy way.
4. Meditation - Listen to the mind. Quiet external stimuli to go deeper into the intuitive mind. Observe the mind beyond constant thoughts and rumination.
5. Integration - Reflect on client insights and evolution, and design an action plan to continue practice.

2. Focus & Vitality
In this immersion, you'll learn techniques to activate and balance your nervous system, helping you recharge, boost productivity, and restore vitality. Through mindful breathing, body practices, and mental strategies, you'll gain tools to manage stress, enhance focus, and increase energy. Each session is designed to help you cultivate greater emotional awareness and self-regulation, empowering you to tackle your day with clarity, calm, and vitality. (3 Sessions I 55 minutes each)
Session Layout:
1. Activation through breath: Learn breathing techniques to activate the body and the mind, attain sharp focus, and flush the body of excess tension to increase vitality.
2. Activation through the body: Learn postures and exercises to eliminate fatigue and increase stamina, enhancing the body’s ability to recharge.
3. Develop a personal routine: Build a consistent practice tailored to your personal needs and find ways to maintain your vital energy in check.

3. Relaxation & RecoveryÂ
This program offers practices that foster calm and relaxation, guiding you into deep rest states where both the body and mind can unwind, restore, and regenerate. Furthermore, these states are important and necessary for memory consolidation and learning new skills, which means they are an excellent choice in moments of high-stress such as exams and deadlines. Through breath-work, somatic techniques, and guided relaxation, you'll release tension, clear mental clutter, and restore your energy, promoting greater clarity, balance, and well-being. (3 sessions I 55 minutes each)
Session Layout:
1. Relaxation through breath: Discover breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, foster a sense of easeful awareness, and help release excess tension from the body.
2. Relaxation through the body: Learn postures and exercises to turn down the fight or flight response, and finally enter into a non-sleep deep rest state. Relax to recharge.
3. Develop a personal routine: Reflect on program takeaways and build an emergency toolbox kit to have handy when life gets hectic and stressful again
