Introduction to experimenting with new behaviors in response to emotions, empowering students to reshape emotional and behavioral reactions.

- Session 3 Awareness of Physical Sensations: 
Learn to recognize and manage physical responses tied to emotions, developing greater body awareness.

- Session 4 Flexible Thinking:
Build cognitive flexibility by challenging and reframing unhelpful thoughts, promoting a balanced and resilient mindset.

 

2. Stress Management Program

The Stress Management Program is designed to help students understand the sources of their stress and equip them with practical strategies to handle it effectively. This program focuses on enhancing emotional and physical well-being in challenging situations through personalized techniques and skill-building exercises. Each session blends theory, experiential practices, and actionable skills to empower students to approach daily stressors with calm and confidence. (3 sessions I 60 minutes each)

- Session 1: Identifying and Understanding Stress 
Objective: Identify personal sources of stress and their symptoms, gaining insight into how stress affects both personal and academic life.

- Session 2: Stress Management Strategies and Relaxation Techniques
Objective: Develop and practice specific strategies for reducing stress intensity. Students learn practical methods to approach stressful situations with resilience and composure.

- Session 3: Integration and Maintenance of Well-Being 
Objective: Consolidate and reinforce the techniques learned, establishing a personalized, long-term plan to maintain emotional balance and well-being.

 

3. Social Skills Development Program

This program combines self-assessment, goal-setting techniques, and skill-building exercises to empower students to approach their professional paths with clarity and confidence.
