(8 sessions I 60 minutes each)

- Goal-Setting Basics: Learn to set achievable short-term goals, such as improving study habits or managing time.
- Confidence and Self-Esteem: Build self-worth by understanding and embracing unique qualities.
- Emotional Management and Stress Reduction: Recognize and manage stress and emotions, including exam anxiety and social challenges.
- Social Skills and Healthy Relationships: Develop communication skills, empathy, and boundary-setting for positive relationships.
- Building Resilience: Learn to overcome setbacks, manage academic pressures, and grow through challenges.

Spanning three months, this package provides tailored coaching to help teens build confidence, manage emotions, and develop skills for long-term success. (12 sessions I 60 minutes each)
