With over a decade of experience in startups and global organizations, Alejandro brings deep expertise in growth strategy, operations, and innovation. His background in leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling service models across regions now fuels his mission: helping individuals and organizations move forward with clarity and purpose.
As Regional and Global Operations Manager at two leading unicorn startups, Alejandro led strategic operations across Latin America, aligning local teams with high-growth frameworks and driving service design, expansion, and execution at scale. Prior to that, he worked at NTT Data as a strategic consultant, focused on agile transformation, innovation ecosystems, and emerging trends across industries.
Over time, Alejandro’s journey revealed a deeper purpose: guiding others to shape paths aligned with meaning. Through guru compass, he now helps students, parents, and professionals explore two key dimensions—Career Direction and Entrepreneurial Readiness.
