Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus in student affairs and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. With over a decade of experience in college counseling, career advising, academic support, and community-based programs, she has guided more than 8,000 students, alumni, and professionals from diverse backgrounds toward achieving their academic and career aspirations. Andrea has also delivered over 6,000 hours of group training in areas such as vocational guidance, resume building, interview preparation, decision-making, and time management.


Andrea provides personalized career counseling for high school and college students seeking academic and professional direction. Her tailored sessions and training programs cover socio-emotional skills, effective college navigation strategies, and more, empowering students to pursue their passions, build practical career plans, and reach their goals. Using Solution-Focused techniques, Andrea ensures her clients are equipped to thrive both academically and professionally.

These workshops offer students an immersive, skill-building experience to support their personal, academic, and vocational growth. Each package is designed to equip students with targeted skills for success, whether they’re exploring career pathways, preparing for college admissions, or enhancing academic habits. Each workshop provides a structured, practical approach, giving students the tools needed to excel in their current and future academic journeys.

1. Vocational Guidance

By taking this program you will be able to gain self-knowledge and build a “life project” according to your passions, motivations, and interests. Additionally, you will set realistic goals to achieve your preferred future. (4 Sessions I 60 minutes each)

Program Structure:
Session 1: “Getting to know me”
Objective: Gain knowledge of your thinking style, personality type, core strengths.
Session 2: “What motivates me”
Objective: Understand your personal and professional motivations, and your vocational history.
Session 3: "Understanding interests, job market and professions”
Objective: Get a deeper understanding of your interests and how to connect them with professions and job market opportunities
Session 4: " Building my preferred future”
Objective: Use the knowledge gained through the bootcamp to build a realistic life project and define key steps to achieve it

 

2. Applications Package:

With this program you will be able to prepare yourself to excel on your admissions interview and create outstanding essays to enter to your program of interest. (4 Sessions I 60 minutes each)

Program Structure:
Session 1: Admissions Mock Interview (session 1)
Objective: Conduct a mock interview to assess your interview skills and improvement opportunities
Session 2: Admissions Mock Interview (session 2)
Objective: Using the feedback from the first session, conduct a second session to improve your interview skills
Session 3: Essay Review (session 1)
Objective: Review structure of an admissions essay, define topic and key ideas
Session 4: Essay Review (session 2)
Objective: Review essay progress, define improvement opportunities and create final draft

 

 

3. Time Management & Study Habits

During this program you will be able to improve your time management skills and acquire strategies to improve your study habits. The training will have 80% practice and 20% theory. (4 Sessions I 60 minutes each)

Program Structure:
Session 1: Time management
Objective: Learn strategies to maintain focus and minimize distractions
Session 2: Improving your study habits I
Objective: Learn how to improve your study habits by using key strategies like Cornell system and self-paced learning
Session 3: Improving your study habits II
Objective: Learn study techniques to improve reading skills
Session 4: Teamwork
Objective: Learn strategies to create meaningful relationships and improve your teamwork skills

 

 

4. Career Counseling Program

Throughout this program you will be able to gain key tools and skills to navigate your career planning or career transition. (6 Sessions I 60 minutes each)


Program Structure:
Session 1: Resume Building
Objective: Review and create an impactful resume according to your professional goals
Session 2: Cover letter
Objective: Using the information built on your resume, create a cover letter tailored to positions of your interest
Session 3: Interview Preparation (session 3.1)
Objective: Conduct a mock interview to assess your interview skills and improvement opportunities
Session 4: Interview Preparation (session 3.2)
Objective: Using the feedback provided on the first mock interview, conduct a second session to improve your skills
Session 5: Key strategies for job search and market exploration
Objective: Provide strategies to do a successful job search and market exploration
Session 6: LinkedIn, apps, AI and job sites
Objective: Review and improve LinkedIn profile, review useful apps and conduct search in different job sites
