About Mavalynne

 

Mavalynne Orozco is a bilingual executive coach, organizational development consultant, and strategic change leader with over 30 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations through transformation. She specializes in aligning people, culture, and strategy to build resilient, high-performing workplaces—particularly at the C-suite and senior leadership levels.

Her credentials reflect a strong foundation in behavioral and organizational sciences. Mavalynne holds a Master’s in Behavioral & Social Sciences (MFT) from Universidad Javeriana and a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Mercer University in Atlanta. She is a Certified Personal & Executive Coach (CPC) through the College of Executive Coaching in California and a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Mavalynne was also part of the inaugural cohort of Workplaces at Their Best™ Organizational Consultants, certified by the VIA Institute on Character in Cincinnati, Ohio.
